Founded in 1997, INVIZO s.r.o. is a recognized provider of technical solutions for building security and intelligent installations. The company specialises in the design, implementation, integration and maintenance of security systems including electronic fire systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems and intelligent wiring.
INVIZO services and supports customers in the commercial, industrial and public sectors throughout the entire lifecycle of technical building systems - from initial design and installation through to operation, servicing and upgrades. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of approximately €7 million and employs more than 80 professionals.
The acquisition is being made by SPIE Elektrovod, a subsidiary of SPIE Central Europe and a leading Slovakian provider of comprehensive engineering, installation and technical services for high-voltage energy infrastructure.
